Ryan Baer

Ryan Baer is an Associate on National Property REIT Corp.'s ("NPRC") Investment Team and has worked in real estate and finance since 2020. He is responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments across NPRC’s Real Estate Platform.

Prior to joining NPRC, Ryan worked as an Associate at Spear Street Capital ("Spear Street"), where he focused on equity investments in office assets located across the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. Before joining Spear Street, Ryan worked as an Investment Analyst at Kairos Investment Management Company ("Kairos"), a real estate investment firm based in Orange County, CA, where he focused on equity and debt investments in affordable housing and value-add multi-family assets.

Ryan received his BS from the University of Southern California.
