James Warren

James Warren is a Vice President responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments across a variety of industries.

Prior to joining Prospect, James worked at Kester Capital, a healthcare and technology focused mid-market private equity fund. At Kester he managed investments in and led acquisitions of life science and software businesses. From 2020 to 2022, James worked at Limerston Capital, a sector agnostic mid-market private equity fund. There he focused on making investment in the Healthcare, Technology and Business Services sectors. In 2014, James began his career as an investment banker at Citigroup.

James received his BA from the University of Cambridge and his MBA from the London Business School.
