Patrick Hutson

Patrick Hutson is a Senior Associate on National Property REIT Corp.'s Investment Team and has worked in Real Estate and Finance since 2017. He is responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments across NPRC's Real Estate Platform. Prior to joining NPRC, Patrick worked at Broadshore Capital Partners ("Broadshore"), a Los Angeles-based real estate investment manager, where he focused on the acquisition and resolution of commercial mortgages across property types and geographies. Before joining Broadshore, Patrick worked at Clarion Partners where he focused on Acquisitions and Portfolio Management.

Patrick received his BA in Economics and History from University of Virginia and his MS from Columbia University.
