Max Kirschenbaum

Max Kirschenbaum is an AVP on National Property REIT Corp.'s Investment Team and has worked in real estate and finance since 2011. He is responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments across Prospect's real estate platform, in addition to executing on fundraising initiatives. Prior to joining Prospect, Max worked at Yieldstreet, an alternative investment firm, where he focused on debt and equity investments in commercial real estate in major markets across the U.S. Before Yieldstreet, Max was a Director at Archway Capital, a real estate-focused alternative fund owned by Lido Advisors, a $17B AUM registered investment advisor, where he led equity and mezzanine investment origination.

Prior to Archway, Max was on the founding team of Fundrise, a multi-billion-dollar private equity fund manager that he helped build over ten years. As Head of Business Development, he focused on leading the origination efforts for Fundrise’s real estate debt and equity funds.

Max received his BA from Vanderbilt University, and his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
