Lavy Rosenthal

Lavy Rosenthal is a Senior Associate on National Property REIT Corp.'s Investment Team and has worked in real estate and finance since 2014. He is responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments across NPRC’s Real Estate Platform. Prior to joining NPRC, Lavy worked at Urban American. Urban American is a New York-based, vertically integrated, real estate investment platform. There, his focus was screening opportunistic investments, specifically acquisitions of value-add multifamily assets. Before joining Urban American, Lavy worked at The Carlton Group, where he advised on equity joint ventures and levered capital solutions for real estate sponsors. Lavy began his career as an acquisitions analyst at B+B Capital.

Lavy received his BS from Binghamton University and his MS from Columbia University.
