Kevin Golgolab

Kevin is the Director of Construction Project Management at National Property REIT Corp ("NPRC"), responsible for construction project management, renovation projects, property condition assessments, and capital project planning.

Kevin has over twenty-five years of experience in the multifamily industry executing capital improvement projects, facilities operations, construction risk management, construction project logistics, real estate due diligence, acquisition, and underwriting. Before joining NPRC, Kevin worked at Renewal Construction Services, Brooksville Company, Laramar Group, and Equity Residential. Kevin’s prior construction project management experience includes managing redevelopment of NYCHA Portfolio in South Williamsburg, overall identification and execution of capital projects, and insured losses at Spring Creek Towers (AKA Starrett City), Peter Cooper Village Stuyvesant Town, Riverton Houses, and multifamily redevelopment projects throughout major US metropolitan areas.

Kevin started his career at The Value Companies, where he was responsible for ground-up construction of single-family and multifamily developments.

Kevin received his MS from Rutgers University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New Jersey and holds licenses in Professional Planning and Real Estate Brokerage.
