Joseph Ryu

Joseph Ryu is a Principal at National Property REIT Corp. (NPRC), based in New York. He is responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments across the firm’s real estate platform. Prior to joining NPRC, Joseph was a Principal at Ares Management, responsible for originating investments and fundraising across Ares’ commercial real estate credit strategies. Before Ares, Joseph was a Director in the Investment Banking group at Duff & Phelps.

Joseph received his BA from Tufts University and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
