JoAnna Povlas

JoAnna Povlas is the Finance Manager for Prospect. Before joining Prospect, JoAnna worked managing Finance Operations in both the private and public sectors, most recently at ULTRA Electronics Defense Inc. While at ULTRA, JoAnna supported their Financial Reporting, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Human Resources teams.

Prior to ULTRA, JoAnna was an Accounting Controller with Vertex Global Solutions, managing Vertex’s finance, benefits and retirement plans along with their worker’s compensation claims. She has held many positions throughout her career with experience in finance transformation and accounting. Additionally, JoAnna has been involved in the implementation of multiple Human Resource and Payroll systems, inclusive of any upgrades or configurations needed.

JoAnna received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Baruch College and holds a Lean Six Sigma Practitioner certification.
