Jessica Cheng

Jessica Cheng is a Senior Associate on National Property REIT Corp.'s Investment Team and has worked in investment management and the accounting industry since 2005. She is responsible for originating, executing and managing investments across Prospect's real estate platform. Prior to her current role, Jessica was a senior associate on prospect's Finance & Accounting Team where she was responsible for managing liquidity, funding activities, credit facilities and collateral bases. Prior to joining Prospect, Jessica worked in the assurance group at KPMG LLP, where she worked on the financial statement audits of asset management firms and registered investment companies.

Jessica received her BS and BA from Binghamton University and her MBA from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford in the U.K.
