Grant Klenovich

Grant Klenovich is an Analyst at National Property REIT Corp.’s ("NPRC") where he is responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments across NPRC’s Real Estate platform.

Prior to joining NPRC, Grant was an Investment Banking Associate in the Global Debt Capital Markets group at J.P. Morgan where he advised on and executed debt repurchases, exchanges, and covenant modifications for issuers in the context of M&A, spin-offs, refinancings and restructurings.

Before J.P. Morgan, he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged Finance group at Citigroup where he specialized in debt financings for restructurings, leveraged buyouts and asset-based loans.

Grant received his BS from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
